Neben Meta mit dem Oculus Quest 2, ist auch die Pico NEO3 Link VR-Brille – von der Singapurer Firma Pico Immersive Pte. Ltd. – auf der diesjährigen Tokyo GameShow vertreten.
Die Pico NEO3 benötigt keinen SocialMedia-Link (wie es die Oculus Quest 2 ursprünglich benötigte), soll leichter, besser und optimierter sein: Es wird der Pico-Store für Apps und Games, aber auch Steam VR unterstützt, weiterhin soll die 4K-Brille als Stand-alone, ebenso wie am PC benutzt werden können. Der Preis liegt, Konkurrenz-vergleichbar, bei 449.-Euro.
